1. Operator and scope

The operator is Simtar, Saudi Arabia. Contact support@simtar.app. These terms apply to the website and Simtar app from 24 October 2026.

2. Eligibility and account

The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Provide accurate information needed to operate your account, protect sign-in details and do not share them. Do not impersonate another person.

3. Nature of the service

Simtar provides educational information and personal tracking for journeys away from cigarettes and vaping. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions or emergency response, and does not guarantee a particular outcome. Consult a professional about symptoms or treatment choices.

4. Counters and estimates

Durations, costs and achievements depend on recorded details and dates and the published calculation rules. A counter is not a judgment of a person. Vape puffs are not converted into cigarettes or estimated nicotine doses. Health milestones are general information, not a test or evidence that an organ has recovered.

5. Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and respect others. Impersonation, unauthorised access, disruption, collecting others' data, abuse, misleading medical claims and promotion of tobacco or vaping are prohibited.

6. Content and community

You are responsible for having the right to share material you post. Permit its use as necessary to display, operate and moderate the community; this does not grant advertising rights. Violations may be hidden and reports reviewed. Contact support with questions about moderation.

7. Privacy and choices

The privacy policy explains data, purposes and rights. Accepting terms does not replace separate consent required for sensitive data or optional processing. Notification settings and device permissions can be managed when available.

8. Content and rights

Using the service does not grant a right to resell Simtar branding or content. External materials identify their sources and terms where applicable. Launch soundscapes are generated project assets, not nature recordings.

9. Availability and changes

Functions may be unavailable during maintenance or technical issues. Any paid service and its terms must be explained before purchase; this document creates no subscription or payment commitment. Material changes are communicated before taking effect where necessary.

10. Account closure and complaints

Account closure or deletion can be requested through available tools or support. Misuse may lead to restrictions, subject to applicable rights. The relationship is subject to applicable Saudi Arabian law; no clause waives a right that cannot legally be waived.
