By accessing or using the Simtar application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the app, including browsers, registered users, and contributors.
Service Description
Simtar is a mobile application designed to assist users in quitting smoking and vaping. The app provides tools including quit timers, health tracking, AI-powered support, achievements, mindfulness exercises, and community features. The app is intended for informational and motivational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it updated. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service. You must not use the Service to transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content. You are solely responsible for your health decisions; the app provides tools and information but does not provide medical advice.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Health information provided in the app is for general informational purposes only. We do not warrant that the results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable. The app is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simtar and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice within the app prior to the new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.
